What about support? Who manages problems and errors that occur on Our Matters?

Support comes free with Our Matters. Member Minded has a helpdesk system that you (or your members) can contact us with errors that occur within the portal. However, we will train you or the user(s) of your choice to be your associatin's "Super User" so that your association has the freedom to make changes and updates to your portal without having to always depend on the Member Minded Service Obsessed Specialists.
