Member Minded

Founded in 1999, Member Minded brings together over 20 years of association experience. Our goal is to create opportunities and solutions that will better the functionality, productivity and services of associations.

Years of intricate work with Greater Louisville, Inc. and four other associations have allowed us to see many of the needs of membership groups. Our understanding of these needs comes from an internal perspective by actively partaking in the everyday operations of these core five associations.

Our initial service idea quickly developed into what is now the Our Matters tool. Centralized information that is universally accessible and secure communication and production are essential to the efficiency of a successful member-based organization. We also acknowledge the uniqueness of every association and want to accommodate  the needs and desires to best serve each association and that is what the Our Matters tool is designed to do.
